First-time home buyers’ (FTHB) GST rebate
As a first-time home buyer, you are likely eligible for the FTHB GST rebate. This will allow eligible first time buyers to receive a rebate. This savings can be applied against the final purchase price. Eligible buyers will apply through their online CRA account or mailing in a paper form to CRA.
